Greetings All,

I must first start out with a massive apology! IM SORRY!!!!! I never realized how busy i have become and how I have neglected to give consistent and progressive updates. So I promise from here on out I will give a minimum of 2 updates a week. Okay, my last entry was before the Pan Arab Junior Championships and since then we have competed in that meet and we walked away with 7 Gold Medals. We won the Men's (100m,110m Hur, 400m Hur, Long Jump, 1500m, 4x100m Relay and 4x400m Relay) Needless to say we were really proud of our guys. That was yet another step in the right direction. Our senior guys did not do as well as we were hoping at the Penn Relays but we are working hard and have a few more opportunities to try and get the qualifying standard by the July 4th Deadline. As they say in Saudi "En Challa" Which means "God Willing" in Arabic. I just recently traveled to Doha, Singapore and Dubai to catch Whiz Khalifa in the UAE!!!!! That was awesome. My trip to Singapore was business related and the trip to Dubai was pleasure. I always laugh when I go through customs to each country because they ask you "is your visit business or pleasure"? I always in all honesty hope I get to do a little bit of both in all honesty. I am taking full advantage of traveling and seeing the world. It has given me such a wider perspective on things and it has motivated me to keep doing things at a very high level so I can always have the ability to Travel and see the world. For business and Pleasure :-) I am also going to start to add pictures of these locations. One of the coolest things is I have been able to take my athletes to the far corners of the world. I make it a point to update my Facebook and show them via live feed over oovoo or skype what these other places look like. To see the looks on their faces has been a truly amazing gift and I cherish that to no end... I have a very important announcement in the next 10-14 days so stay tuned for that.
