There was a specific reason that you did not get any updates via twitter or on email. I decided to keep this trip and its secrets to myself. I had the opportunity to travel to Liege, Belgium and watch a professional meet that featured some of my friends and other elite runners... I got to personally witness Pamala Jemilo run the 5th fasted 600m ever in the history of the sport! . I also had the opportunity to watch one of the Borlee' twins set the national record for 300m at 31.55 WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This experience has opened my eyes in ways you could ever imagine.... Barcelona, is up next you know what that means!!!!!!. we are one weeks away from the 2012 World juniotrs.....yella......
