Greetings world, Its your man stamps!!! I hope all is well your way and you are living your life to the fullest! Well i have finally caught up from some much needed rest. Last week Sri Lanka and now Mannheim, Germany until we leave for World Juniors in Barcelona, Spain. Well where should I start?? We had some ups and downs at the Asian Juniors but we did earn some Podium performances and we are very proud of those guys. We had a gold medal in the 400m hurdles, silver in the 4x400m and the 3000m steeple chase, bronze medals in 400m, 100m and shot put. The Gold medal in the 400m hurdles was the first in Saudi Arabian history so needless to say we are all super excited!!! The federation, my staff and managers all made it possible and as his coach this guy is a dream!! A fierce competitor and a very coachable athlete that with lil complaint puts it all out on the table every training session. Sri Lanka as a country is beautiful island even though the local food as good as it was did not agree with the ol coaches internal digestive highway:-):-):-) i have enclosed some pictures of the country as well as some shots of our athletes. We are in our final phase of training in preperation for the world juniors so gotta put the last couple of bails of hay in the barn then the harvest comes july 10th.....
